Many layers of fruit cordials, sweet red berry fruits, plum compote, various jams and dark fruits combine well with a lean saltiness and thick coastal undercurrents. Lots of classic Bunnahabhain muscle and sinew in evidence with a big mouthfeel, aromatic notes of top class fruit and herb liqueurs and some stony mineral flavours on the palate. A great and intriguing variant on the house style.
