Islay barley 2013 is distilled from barley grown on six western and central islay farms (Coull, Rockside, island, Mulindry, Starchmill, cruach farms) This vibrant terroir whisky is islay grown.
This vibrant white has aromas of lemon rind, seashells, focaccia and rosemary. Salted almonds, too. It’s medium-bodied, neutral and mineral, but it has excellent concentration, with a saline finish.

Pale straw. An amplified version of the straight Vernaccia. Minerally and hints of wet stones, and the fruit is nobly slow to come out on the palate. Nervy acidity and finely textured.
