Concentrated. It stands out for its bitter profile and somewhat rustic tannin. The black fruit is again prominent on the mid palate along with a hint of baked pepper and a very smoky character.

Cherries, blueberries, currants and baking spices on the nose follow through to a medium body with fine, firm tannins and fresh acidity. Well-balanced with lots of dried herbs on the palate.
