Deze single malt wordt gemaakt met gerst van Rozelieures eigen land, die wordt gemout in de buurt van de distilleerderij in een faciliteit in de Vogezen. Dit is een lichte peated whisky die gerijpt is in drie soorten vaten: ex-dessertwijn, ex-sherry en ex-Cognac.
