Maison Louis Jadot werd in 1859 opgericht door Louis Henry Denis Jadot. Van oorsprong was het vooral een handelshuis, maar tegenwoordig bezit het meer dan 225 hectare eigen wijngaarden. De druiven worden handmatig geplukt.
