Deze mooie  single cask whiskey is gefinished in Grand Cru Burgundy-vaten uit Frankrijk waarin voorheen volle pinot noir-wijn werd opgeslagen. De bourgondische finish geeft deze Ierse whiskey zijn complexiteit en diepe smaken mee.

Canteiro-gerijpte Madeira-vaten afkomstig van de kust van Afrika waarin versterkte Madeira-wijn zat. Deze vaten absorberen en geven intense aroma’s en smaken door, gecreëerd door de hitte en het tropische klimaat van hun thuisplek.
