Het landgoed Fattoria La Braccesca, met een totale oppervlakte van meer dan 508 hectare, bestaat uit twee verschillende wijngaardblokken. De historische kern van het landgoed is 103 hectare grond, is gelegen in de gemeente Montepulciano, terwijl het andere blok, met ongeveer 237 hectare aan wijngaarden, aan de voet van de heuvels ligt bij de stad Cortona.
