In tegenstelling tot de andere series van Alorna, worden deze wijnen van één druivensoort gemaakt die op specifieke percelen zijn geteeld. Binnen dit project streeft Quinta da Alorna naar het creëren van unieke, authentieke en onderscheidende wijnen.
