The palate is medium-bodied with strict tannins. There’s no leafiness here. This is a "correct" Moulin-à-Vent that will benefit from a couple of years in bottle.
It presents a bouquet of gooseberries, peaches and honeysuckle. The medium-bodied wine showcases a chalky texture, accompanied by layers of Meyer lemon zest and hints of sea salt that persist.
