Er zijn niet vaak single cask bottelingen van op de markt. en zeker niet  deze First Fill Sherry Butt. Onafhankelijke bottelingen komen vrijwel nooit op de markt en deze 8 jaar uitvoering heeft gerijpt in een voormalig sherry butt.

Deze 'Undisclosed Orkney' heeft gerijpt op een Virgin Oak Barrel en is gebotteld op vatsterkte.  54.9% abv
