Om deze buitengewone gin te maken, foerageren ze bij Glendalough het hele jaar door wilde plantaardige ingrediënten in de Wicklow Mountains. Geraldine Kavanagh, de fulltime verzamelaar, brengt de wilde, verse plantaardige ingrediënten na het foerageren naar de distilleerderij.
