A zesty, spicy rum from Brewdog, Five Hundred Cuts is distilled with botanicals including Tonka bean, clove, lavender, cardamom, orange peel, cinnamon and ginger, with some unrefined muscovado which gives a softly sweet edge.

Elixir Distillers, o.a. bekend van Elements of Islay & Single Malts of Scotland, komt met een gelimiteerde botteling; Islay Violets. Matured in American Oak and Finished in Cognac Casks

Deze Hart Brothers Tamdhu 8 years old 2013 is een Speyside single malt van de Tamdhu distilleerderij gebotteld door de onafhankelijke bottelaar Hart Brothers. Deze Tamdhu is gedistilleerd in februari 2013 en heeft gerijpt in een bourbon hogshead.

Halverwege juli 2021 maakte Nc’Nean bekend dat zij de eerste whisky distilleerderij in de UK zijn die net zero uitstoot produceren. Dit is iets waar ze, en terecht naar onze bescheiden mening, zeer trots op zijn!

De naam van deze bijzondere 21 jaar oude whisky verwijst naar de legendarische witte heide. Volgens de Schotse legende brengt dit namelijk geluk voor diegene die de witte heide vindt.

De Tomintoul distilleerderij heeft een aantal Sauternes wijnvaten kunnen gebruiken om een bijzondere “Limited Edition” te maken.  Deze Tomintoul whisky is in 2004 gedistilleerd en heeft in eerste instantie gerijpt in ex-Bourbon vaten.
